Kale Chips

Ingredients for 3 meals

1 dash Black pepper (to taste)

1 3/4 clove Cloves (chopped)

3 cup Kale (1 bunch)

1 1/4 tbsp Olive oil

1 dash Sea salt (to taste)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients as you would a salad. Place kale on a cookie sheet and bake until crispy (about 20 minutes, but they may need more time to become crispy). Give a stir half way through, and remove from oven to cool when crispy. Serve and enjoy!
