The Client Portal is a secure online space where you can book sessions, access personalised resources, track progress, and communicate with me between appointments. All your documents, test results, and recommendations are stored in one place.
I see clients in person in The Hague (NL), London (UK) and Cannes (FR), but I also work extensively with clients worldwide through secure online consultations.
I am a registered nutritionist qualified in Nutrition Science and a researcher with focused on gut microbiome and sleep science. I hold a Master’s degree in Sleep Medicine. My work combines clinical practice with cutting-edge research in circadian rhythms, gut health, and personalised nutrition.
My practice is rooted in precision medicine nutrition, systems biology, and sleep medicine. I use laboratory testing, dietary analysis, and targeted supplementation when appropriate. Plans are always tailored to the individual and integrate lifestyle, nutrition, and environmental factors.
I don’t replace your GP or specialist. Instead, I integrate advanced functional and circadian testing with personalised protocols to complement mainstream care.
Fees vary depending on the service package. Programmes are typically offered in blocks (e.g. 3-month or 6-month engagements). Transparent pricing is shared in my homepage.
Most clients meet with me once every 2–4 weeks. Between sessions, you’ll have access to ongoing support through the Client Portal. Frequency can be adjusted to your needs.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged. Full details are provided at the time of booking.
Yes. Many of my clients have chronic or complex health issues. I do not replace your physician, but I collaborate with your healthcare team when appropriate. Safety and integrative care are priorities.
Outcomes depend on your unique health history, goals, and commitment. Many clients experience improvements in energy, digestion, sleep, hormonal balance, and weight management within weeks, with deeper changes occurring over several months.
Your data is stored securely in compliance with GDPR regulations. Only you and I have access to your health records. Confidentiality is strictly maintained.

Yes. I provide tailored nutrition guidance, including suggested recipes, meal frameworks, and strategies for eating in line with your health goals. These are customised, not generic templates.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and (for international clients) secure online payment platforms.
I offer consultations in English, Dutch, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Advanced lab testing is central to the process. These tests (often unavailable in mainstream healthcare) provide the insight needed for precision care. Costs vary depending on panels chosen and are discussed upfront.
