Standard nutrition focuses on what you eat. Circadian Nutrition™ also considers when you eat, how food interacts with your microbiome, and how it influences circadian gene expression.

What does a Discovery Call involve?

A Discovery Call is a 20–30 minute conversation designed to understand your goals, current challenges, and expectations. It allows us to determine if working together is the right fit. 
This call is complimentary and carries no obligation.

How does the Client Portal work?

The Client Portal is a secure online space where you can book sessions, access personalised resources, track progress, and communicate with me between appointments. All your documents, test results, and recommendations are stored in one place.

Do you work only in The Hague and Cannes?

I see clients in person in The Hague (NL), London (UK) and Cannes (FR), but I also work extensively with clients worldwide through secure online consultations.

What are your credentials?

I am a registered nutritionist qualified in Nutrition Science and a researcher with focused on gut microbiome and sleep science. I hold a Master’s degree in Sleep Medicine. My work combines clinical practice with cutting-edge research in circadian rhythms, gut health, and personalised nutrition.

Most clients meet with me once every 2–4 weeks. Between sessions, you’ll have access to ongoing support through the Client Portal. Frequency can be adjusted to your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged. Full details are provided at the time of booking.

Can I work with you if I have a medical condition?

Yes. Many of my clients have chronic or complex health issues. I do not replace your physician, but I collaborate with your healthcare team when appropriate. Safety and integrative care are priorities.
