Ingredients
4 tbsp Whey protein powder, unflavoured
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 cup Pineapple juice (Organic)
1/2 cup Liberté Coconut Kefir (Any flavor)
1/2 medium Banana (s)
1 bunch Spinach (Or other leafy greens)
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 2 minutes to ensure ingredients are properly mixed. Enjoy!
