Baked Salmon with Lemon and Thyme

Ingredients for 5 meals

5 fillet (170g) Atlantic salmon, wild

1/3 tsp Black pepper

2/3 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice

2/3 tsp Salt

2/3 tbsp, ground Thyme, dried

1 1/4 medium Yellow onion (sliced)


Coat fillets with salt, pepper and thyme. Whisk fillets with lemon juice. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Place onion on a baking sheet and put salmon steaks over it. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with steamed rapini and parboiled rice.
