A regular exercise routine could be a great immune system booster

👉 Staying in shape is excellent not only for looks, but it will also strengthen your

whole being. 💪


There were some claims that physical activity negatively affects the immune system, but the latest studies have shown the opposite. 

Short-term exercise can help the body fight pathogens, and long-term exercise slows age-related changes in the immune system. 

Stress, lack of nutrients, bad sleeping routine, and generally unhealthy lifestyle will weaken your immune system, and the best tool for counter-attack is to exercise and move more. 

My advice is to exercise at least three times a week, and besides, that includes activities such as a 30-minute brisk walk. 

We are all still exposed to the virus, and the immune system is more important than ever.
