Underrated/Overrated

✅ Enjoy your food in good company | Underrated

This is definitely one of the most underrated things.

Everyday dinner with family or friends could be a great addition to a balanced lifestyle.

Try to have less of those, often unhealthy, quick on foot meals, and much more chat during lunch.

That's my healthy, no-stress formula.

🔻 Superfood trends | Overrated

Superfoods are usually the hype. It's not that the food that everyone is talking about is not healthy. Actually, it's quite the opposite.

It's just that it won't be some "super solution" to all your health problems, as marketing agencies want to present it to you.

The best example is probably the blueberry.

Blueberries were at times heavily promoted as the ultimate disease-fighters, from cancer, over brain issues, to the heart-related problems.

However, 20 years later, we know that it was just the kind of superfood hype we are talking about.

In the meantime, blueberry production doubled.

✅ Vitamin A - Underrated

Vitamin A is essential for your body and I stick to my dose every day.

Just a few among many healthy benefits:

- Protects Your Eyes From Night Blindness and Age-Related Decline in Vision

- May Lower Your Risk of Certain Types of Cancer

- Supports a Healthy Immune System

- Reduces Your Risk of Acne

- Supports Health of Your Bones

It's recommended that men get 900 mcg, women 700 mcg, and children and adolescents 300–600 mcg of vitamin A per day. However, you should be careful, because taking too much or too little of vitamin A could have some negative effects on your body.
