Simple Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and Toast
This scrambled eggs with bacon recipe makes a deliciously filling breakfast
Servings: 5 Servings
2 medium egg Egg
2 medium slice Bacon
1 slice Whole grain bread
1 tbsp Butter, grass-fed, salted
Cook bacon on low heat in a cast iron or stainless steel pan, set aside. Drain bacon grease but do not wipe out the pan.
While bacon cooks, toast bread in toaster oven to desired darkness. Top with grass few butter.
Scramble eggs in a bowl; pour into a pan with remaining bacon grease. Cook, stirring frequently, until just done. remove from the pan and serve with bacon and toast.
