Ingredients
1 cup grated Carrots
1 tbsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Coconut oil
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 dash Ground cloves
1 tsp Maca powder (optional)
5 date pitted Medjool date
1 dash Nutmeg, ground
1 cup Rolled oats, dry (gluten-free, if necessary)
1/4 cup hulled Sunflower seeds
Instructions
Place all ingredients, in order, in a food processor and pulse until smooth and combined.
Using a spoon, scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into uniform balls.
Refrigerate or freeze in an air-tight glass container.
