2 tablespoons collagen powder
1/2 an avocado
2 tablespoons of coconut cream
250ml unsweetened almond milk
a dash of pure vanilla poeder
1 whole frozen kiwi, peeled (Can be fresh ones too)
1 handful of spinach
3 ice cubes
