How effective is this toothpaste?

I'm doing a 60 days challenge in order to test the effectiveness of this toothpaste and mouthwash.

I'm trying to cut down the number of chemicals used in my household to help my body detoxify, which is why you should also be looking to reduce chemical exposure in your body.

The first step of the way is including the natural toothpaste. We normally use toothpaste two, or even three times per day.

However, I'm concerned about whether my sensitive teeth will like it.

I have a couple of teeth which have lost some of their enamel, due to the friction made during the night, which happened a couple of years ago.

To control the sensitivity, I've always used the commercial enamel protection toothpaste, but now, let's see if using these different products will help me with dropping the chemicals, while keeping my sensitive teeth under control at the same time.

What about you? Have you ever tried anything similar?

Risewell toothpaste is made with naturally-derived hydroxyapatite, a mineral which actually makes up 97% of our tooth enamel and 60% of our bones.

I really hope it will improve my blood results. I will let you know!

Have you stopped using any self-care product because of the bad chemicals and components in the ingredients list?

Here are a few tips of what you should do:

- Avoid wearing perfume and using other products with fragrance

- Avoid using nail polish and hairspray, since they often contain phthalates

- Avoid products whose content labels list placenta, placental extract, estrogen, or other hormones

- Avoid personal care products that list parabens as their ingredients
