Visiting London is always time for a new experience in the culinary world. I enjoy finding the best healthy ingredient combinations (and nutritional values) at London’s array of amazing restaurants.
Aside from the taste, texture, colours and delicious aromas of the dishes I’m also considering the nutritional composition
Today, I was fortunate enough to enjoy an innovative culinary experience at Sushi Samba (link to their website on those words). Mixing Japanese, Brazilian (what’s not to like!) and Peruvian ingredients and inspiration - all with a tremendous view from London’s skyline from the 40th floor.
Dishes
I enjoyed signature dishes including Mae Terra salade, a salade fulfilled with seasonal vegetables, crispy Tofu, truffle crumbles, beetroot, yuzu en sesame. Also I loved tasting one of my favourite Brazilian dish, Moqueca Mista, the fresh Brazilian seafood stew accented with coconut and lime.

About the Restaurant
Only at SUSHISAMBA you find a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian culture and cuisine. SUSHISAMBA is born of the tri-cultural coalition that took root in the early 20th century when thousands of Japanese emigrants traveled to South America’s fertile soil to cultivate coffee plantations and find their fortune. Claudio Cardoso, the executive chef, is Brazilian and at the helm of SUSHISAMBA London.
