Chill Chaga Brownies

These chaga brownies give you that double hit of chill with the comfort of a classic baked good and the medicinal benefits from chaga!


Servings: 5 Servings

  • 1/2 cup Cashew butter

  • 1/2 cup Almond butter

  • 1/2 cup Chaga Tea (ground) (strong, steeped into liquid)

  • 1/4 cup Coconut flour

  • 1/3 cup Cacao powder, raw

  • 2 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened

  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup, pure

  • 2 large egg (can substitute for flax egg)

  • 1 tsp Baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips

  • 35 gm Vegan Chocolate Icing

  • 2 tbsp Almond milk, unsweetened (2-3 tbsp to desired consistency)

  • 2 tbspMaple syrup, pure

  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened


  1. Grease 8x8 baking pan with coconut oil (or your oil of choice)

  2. Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in food processor until creamy.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips

  4. Bake at 350ºF for 20 min.

  5. Cool baking tray on baking rack.

  6. Ice as desired!
