A great accompaniment to roast potatoes, crispy chickpea pancake or tacos.
Servings: 1 Serving
1 avocado(s) Avocado (large, halved and pitted)
1 clove(s) Garlic (or two small cloves)
1/2 tsp Lemon juice (fresh)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise, vegan (soy-free)
1 pinch Sea salt, fine (to taste)
1 dash Black pepper (fresh ground, to taste)
1. Add garlic into the food processor and process until minced.
2. Now add the rest of the aioli ingredients and process until smooth, scraping down the bowl as needed.
