This morning I started my first meal with this super food bowl, rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agents. Also with my veggie in it (an entire yellow carrot).
It was inspired by your healthy fix book from Esther Andries. As a nutritionist, I always find myself trying to boost the ingredient synergism by combining the right elements in a recipe. My changes (extras) in her recipe was the following:
Phsillium Husk fiber
Maca powder
Yellow carrots
Recipe
150ml coconut milk
100ml almond milk
4 cubes of frozen passion fruit
1 yellow carrot
1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp turmeric
1tsp maca powder
1 thick finger size of ginger
1 tbsp physillium husk
