Mango Pumpkin Maca Bowl

Today I was feeling like to have a mood uplifiting recipe to start my day. Do you want the same? Try this delicious bowl.


It is so refreshing taste when you combine a gentle touch of lime, mango and pumpkin. With the nutrient boost of the Maca root powder in it, you will get your hormone system going and power up your battery.


Recipe

  • 1/2 banana

  • 100ml coconut milk

  • 150ml almond milk

  • 150gr mango

  • 100gr pumpkin

  • 1/2 lime

  • 1 tbsp physillium husk

  • 1 tsp chia seed

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp maca powder

Topping 

  • 1 tbsp organic peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp hempseed
