Blue spirulina blue berries bowl is awesome as regards to taste and nutrients.


The combination of coconut milk, vanilla whey protein and blue spirulina give a vibrant color and tea-like earthiness.

Recipe:

1/2 tsp blue spirulina

100ml coconut milk

100ml hemp milk

20gr whey protein vanilla or a vegan protein

1tbsp phsyllium husk

50gr Blue berries

1 tbsp maple syrup
