10 Signs and Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency

The result? 


👉 His vitamin D was 37 nmol/L which is very low. 


The recommended level is between 80 and 150nmol/L. 


👉 The main problem, which lead to his vitamin D deficiency, was Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). 


Because of IBS, the gut was not absorbing all the nutrients he’d been eating, and that was the exact reason why he was lacking the results.
