Step 1: Assessing

Based on a thorough intake assessment, I accurately determine which tests are specifically required for you. Think for example to cholesterol, liver / kidney function, hormones, vitamins & minerals, digestive problems. All my programs come with a complet gut test which includes gut flora DNA, inflammatory reactions, gluten intolerance, parasitic infection and etc. 

Step 2: Planning

Once I have received the test results and analysed these together with your complete assessment, I create your tailor-made personal nutrition plan. 

Step 3: Implementation

Determining an implementation plan is the key for success.I work together with my clients in how they can integrate the plan into their life effectively and pragmatically.

Face-to-Face consults


I offer limited amount of VIP Nutrition programs. This is an exclusive service aimed for busy people who want the best of personalized approach in coaching. You will be directly in contact with me during your program. You will have total preference in my agenda.

Before purchasing this program, please book an 10min free consultation in which I will check my availability to be able to coach you. I only accept new clients who can 100% commit themselves and change their lifestyle and nutrition. 

My consults takes place at Novotel hotel in The Hague as well at your own place (only in The Hague centre). In the intake session, I will be running couple of measurements such as body fat %, metabolism rate, blood pressure, glucose and O2 saturation.

In my view there is no one size fits all approach to nutrition. Every person is unique and typically requires a personalized plan. To do this I take into account the complex of underlying physiological imbalances (gut function, hormone balance, stress hormones etc) via lab tests. I then add in lifestyle factors such as your personality, lifestyle, financial circumstances, interest (and ability in!) cooking etc.

People generally approach me for a nutrition consultation for one of three reasons: confusion, life stage or to support a specific health issue.

You’ll start by telling me all about yourself, including your goals, health challenges, and daily routine. From there, I’ll customize your entire program and we’ll start the proven 12-month coaching process.

Simple nutrition habits and daily check-ins


Every day, you’ll get a lesson and a nutrition or lifestyle habit to practice. You can either read the daily lesson or listen to it like a podcast. We’ll practice a new nutrition habit every two weeks, with every lesson designed to help you get results.

Small yet powerful habits to improve everyday life


Along with your nutrition habits, we’ll work together to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life: from sleep and stress-management to movement and mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day—no matter what life throws at you.

Personal coaching and detailed progress checking


I’ll check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and to answer any questions you have. Also, you can message me whenever you need. The program also tracks everything from your measurements to your habits throughout the year, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made.
