Smoothie | Chocolate Covered Berries

👉 You should try this recipe if you struggle with high blood pressure! 

Whichever berries you choose to mix in with today’s smoothie, don’t worry, you will not be making a mistake. 

They are all extraordinarily healthy for your heart. Moreover, they are low in calories, but high in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants. 🌿

✅ Furthermore, they can significantly lower your blood pressure and cholesterol levels. There are also pieces of scientific research which indicate that berries are able to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes

They are a great alternative to sugary snacks. 

👉Today’s smoothie will take you just a few minutes to prepare it. 


Ingredients for 1 meal 

🔹 1/2 cup Frozen berries (or fresh berries) 

🔹 1 tbsp Almond butter 

🔹 2 tsp Coconut oil 

🔹 1 scoop Hemp protein powder (Use chocolate powder for an extra chocolatey taste) 

🔹 2 tbsp Cacao powder, raw 

🔹 1 cup Baby spinach 

🔹 1 cup Almond milk, chocolate, unsweetened, Blue Diamond (or coconut milk) 


🔸 Add berries, almond butter, coconut oil, protein powder, cacao powder, spinach and almond milk to a high-speed blender. 

🔸 Blend until smooth and enjoy! 🌟
