Making overnight oats is a quick and easy way to incorporate a filling breakfast for busy mornings.
Servings: 1 Serving
1/2 cup Rolled oats, dry (gluten-free if needed)
1/2 tsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
2/3 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tsp Maple syrup, pure (optional)
2/3 cup Frozen raspberries, unsweetened (or fresh)
Mix the dry ingredients together in a glass mason jar.
Add in the wet ingredients (except for the raspberries).
Mix ingredients together gently until evenly incorporated.
Leave in the fridge overnight and in the morning remove from fridge and top with raspberries - or any other berry or fruit of choice!
