Healthy Hearty Oatmeal

Oatmeal to start the day


Servings: 1 Serving

  • 2 cup Oats, large flakes, dry 

  • 2 cup Water, filtered

  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (Optional)

  • 1 cup Frozen berries

  • 1/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened


  1. Heat water, add oats, stir and reduce heat.

  2. Stir in berries and add a little water if needed. 

  3. Add cinnamon and maple syrup. 

  4. Pour almond milk on top until desired consistency.
