Create your own healthy shots

Whether you’re trying to lose weight or you simply want to look and feel healthier, one of the best ways to rid your body of harmful toxins is to drink water. Just 3 to 4 liters every day will help to keep you hydrated and keep your vital organs in their best possible health.

You don’t have to drink plain water, however. In fact, there are a number of things that you can add to your water that will not only boost the taste, they will help to flush those harmful toxins out of your body. Also some ingredients are powerful as anti-inflammatory effect.

I am giving you here two of the recipes I prescribe sometimes to clients, needing to boost their lymphatic system as well as reducing inflammations in the body.

MCT Turmeric Ginger Shot

Anti-Inflammatory l Immune system boost l Brain energy

Portions: 4


  • 100ml Coconut milk

  • 50gr Coconut cream

  • 50ml water

  • 2 tbsp MCT oil

  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • 1 tbsp ginger powder (or natural ginger)

  • 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder

  • a bit of Himalayan salt and black peper

Detox Charcoal Shot

Cleansing l Immune system boost

Portions: 4


  • 1 tbsp Activated charcoal powder

  • 200ml Coconut water

  • 1 tbsp ginger powder (or natural ginger)

  • 1 lime
