Coconut Avocado Bowl

Breakfast should be delicious and gorgeously nutritious. That is what I created here. It is creamy, refreshing and simply so tasty that you will like to repeat it.

This green bowl was Inspired by the book “your healthy fix” but with some adaptations to comply to my own nutritional needs.

  • 100ml coconut milk

  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 150gr mango

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 tsp agave syrup 

  • 1 thick finger size ginger

  • 1/2 lime1 tsp chia seed

  • 1 tsp wheatgrass 

  • 3 cubes of frozen spinach 

  • 1 tbsp physillium husk
