A recipe for homemade apple fruit leather that is both delicious and easy. Great for back to school lunches and afternoon snacks!
Servings: 2 Servings
1 small Apple (Any type)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (Ground)
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
Core the apple and add to a food processor. Blend into a pureée that has an applesauce texture.
Mix in cinnamon.
Place parchment paper on a baking tray. Spread purée into rows (or whichever shape you like) that are quite thin, no more than a few millimetres thick.
Bake for approximately 2.5 hours. They are ready when no longer mushy.
