Blueberry Protein Panna Cotta

Easy 5 ingredients recipe

The panna cotta is a super simple dessert, literally means cooked cream, is a dessert originally from Italy. The panna cotta basically carries cream, honey or coconut sugar and jelly, and there are many flavors and versions.

I love creating and empowering existing recipes in order to find a greater macronutrients balance. My version is a super healthy and vegan version, besides that it is rich in vegetarian protein.

I have used only 5 ingredients, agar agar, coconut milk, blueberry, vega one natural flavour and honey. You can buy this protein product in the major online healthy shops in Europe and the Netherlands too.

Recipe

(3 individual serves, size a muffin tin)

1 cup coconut milk, full fat is better,

1 tsp agar agar powder,

2 Tbsp honey or coconut sugar,

2 Tbsp natural blueberry powder or 50gr of fresh berries

2 scoops vega one natural flavour

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend well. Put the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat until it boils, mixing all the time. Reduce the heat to the minimum and continue mixing for two minutes. Put in muffin molds or cups. Put in the refrigerator and refrigerate about 2 hours.

For Blueberry coulis

1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen,

1/4 tsp vanila extract,

Juice of half orange,

2 Tbsp coconut sugar or honey.

Preparation:

Put the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and mix every few seconds until the blueberries are very soft. Crush the blueberries or process them for a few seconds. Return to the pot and cook until it turns into a thick sauce. Let cool

En Español:
