Training with Adriano is always a pleasure and never intimidating.  He skilfully manages to extract the best performance from you during the session and before you know it you have worked at full pace, and at the max of your ability. 


As well as being a great person to talk to, Adriano definitely knows his stuff, from how to achieve your results in a structured and safe way to dieting and excellent healthy recipe tips.
